SPECIFICATIONS
GENERAL: Furnish as indicated on the plans. Beechurst shower cabinets 32 x 32 x 82" or 36 x 36 x 82" or 48 x 36 x 82" (handicapped) as manufactured by Flush Metal Partition Corporation.
WALLS: One inch thick made of 2 sheets of 20 gauge bonderized-galvanized .00015 steel sheets (or 304 Stainless Steel or Phenolic if specified). Assembled over and cemented under pressure to a
sound-deadening double-faced honeycomb core. The front and side to be a single unit without joints or corner pieces. The vertical and top edges of front, sides and backs are to be finished with interlocking molding. Bottom edge
to be finished to fit receptor contour. The joint between the back and sides to be completely covered by a continuous watertight corner cover.
RECEPTOR: To be 6" high precast terrazzo made of black and white marble chips with waterproof cement, completely encased in a 20 gauge 302 stainless steel frame. Waste connection to be integrally cast
with receptor for 2" IPS caulking connection and a 302 stainless steel removal strainer plate.
EQUIPMENT: Included is a brass chrome plated soap dish, 1" O.D. stainless curtain rod, and Vinyl plastic curtain.
FINISHES: Receptor frame to be #4 satin finish stainless steel. Walls and all metal surfaces to be thoroughly cleaned and to receive highest quality powder coating finish baked on at 350° F. Choice of 20
standard colors.
OPTIONAL FINISHES: Stainless steel #4 finish and Phenolic.
DRESSING ROOMS: Dressing rooms can be supplied in conjunction with the shower units. Dressing rooms can have doors or curtains as required. Seats are available at additional cost for dressing rooms. For
